cinatra使用常见问题：

1. 如果前端组件不支持chunked下载资源的模式可以这样设置,设置成range模式

    cinatra::http_server* cinatra_web_server_;
    cinatra_web_server_->set_transfer_type(transfer_type::ACCEPT_RANGES);

2. 跨域访问支持
