Improvement Description
Plot collapsed taxonomies

Current Behavior
Currently, a user can collapse a table via:

qiime taxa collapse \
  --i-table gut-table.qza \
  --i-taxonomy taxonomy.qza \
  --p-level 6 \
  --o-collapsed-table gut-table-l6.qza

but AFAIK we can't plot (bar plots will work) those summaries against metadata.

I soooo agree! I even tried manually making a collapsed table into THE table.qza (plus phylo tree), but no luck! Coudn't make the PCoA work... I will make new post on Qiime forum!! Plus making the differential analyses, etc etc!! Need this implemented!
