CART Reversible cellular automata release 0.99d

Corrected binary files with extensions png (auxiliary file with icons in CARRUS directory) and cll (example of compiled dynamic Win32 libraries in CART Delphi version). The files were corrupted due to earlier efforts with end of lines already discussed in comments to previous release.

Binary distributions included in release 0.99c are not affected by the changes and should be used with new release.

CART/CARRUS release 0.99c fixing issue with line endings

CART Reversible cellular automata release 0.99c. Quite stable and does not include scripting. Binary CART.exe in CART_win32.zip is compiled with Turbo Delphi 2006. CART-readme.txt should be in the same directory.

GitHub changed all line endings for text files on LF in previous release 0.99. CART.exe program could not use such files. The version 0.99c is with CRLF line ending.

Binary version for Linux x64 in CARRUS-Linux-x64.zip is compiled with Lazarus and may use any line endings.
