For some reason the is some discrete (0.75, 0.175, 0.275 s) but random offset when doing pulsed measurements with the mfli triggered by the QDac II via Sync Triggering. Apparently, the QDac send to trigger pulses instead of one...

Apparently this is related to bad qdac firmware, it just ignores valid commands sometimes resulting in missing trigger pulses. With the latest firmware version this is mostly fixed, but still occurs occasionally.
Furthermore, there are sometimes additional trigger signals send when the triggers are not correctly disconnected.
I'll have to look into this further
