hypergeo2
was published on CRAN about 3 days ago. Just now I started a githubR CMD CHECK
workflow usingpak
to set up dependencies includinghypergeo2
for another packagecbbinom
, and the system requirements ofhypergeo2
was not discovered correctly, failing to installhypergeo2
in the workflow.Here was what I ran just now:
We see:
pak::pky_system_requirements()
found the system requirements correctly (gmp
andmpfr
), butpak::pkg_deps()
(used to set up dependencies in the workflow) printed thesysreqs
asNA
. This happened after runningpak::meta_update()
, thus with the newest metadata database.The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
