DNN 8.0.4 Update 2

Changes over official release:

• DNN-8766: Move modules still doesn't work correctly after DNN-7099 fix.
• DNN-8940: Module online help could not be displayed due to wrong iframe markup.

Fixes from release/8.0.4-patches branch:

• Fixing SSO properties update for SSO module for PWC.
• DNN-9165: fix for invalid character in url to redirect to 404 error page.
• DNN-9060: fix for languages aliases when changed from default.

Install:

Replace original assemblies in the bin folder of DNN 8.0.4 install with the provided ones.
