This package is used for upgrade tracking validation

#checkout the code in svn

#Compile and run the code
setupATLAS
rcsetup Base,2.4.3
rc find_packages
rc compile

#Run locally (only file list is supported, default is inputdata.txt. The output directory is submitDir)

runTrackEfficiency <input file>

#Run on the GRID (the output directory is gridoutput/gridjobs/submitDir_user.+<Task name>)
