When starting the Apple Music app Volume Controller shows two processes: AMPLibraryAgent and AppleMusic. The windows audio mixer in settings also shows two processes (both named Apple Music). An actual volume change is only audible upon adjusting one of the two sliders in the windows settings. It seems that the slider it works on in the windows settings corresponds to the process called AMPLibraryAgent in Volume Controller. When adjusting this one in Volume Controller it actually shows having changed the volume slider in the windows settings but no volume change is audible.
