Detect-MovingCars & LicensePlate

Problem Statement

The objective is to detect Moving Cars in a video file using OpenCV using the HaarCascade_car.xml file and then, you will use OpenCV to detect the License plates of a Car using the HaarCascade_russian_plate_numberXMLfile

Tasks to be performed

Detect MovingCars

• Import Required Libraries
• Create a Classifier using the HaarCascade_car xml file
• Load the Video
• Detect the Moving Cars using the Classifier
• Display the Results

Detect LicensePlate

• Load the image using imread
• Create a function to convert image and display the image
• Create function for classifier
• Detect Car License Plate
• Display the results
