An implementation of Peanut using RNetica
This provides an implementation of the Peanut protocol using the Netica (RNetica) Bayesian network engine. This allows parameters of parametric Bayesian network models written and Netica and using Peanut to be processed with R tools, and the parameter saved in the Netica objects.
To install the latest verison of this package on your machine, you can use:
install.packages("PNetica",repos=c(ralmond="https://ralmond.r-universe.dev", cran="https://cloud.r-project.org/"))
Many of the algorithms in the package are documented in
Almond, Mislevy, Steinberg, Yan and Williamson (1995). Bayesian Networks in Educational Assessment. Springer.
