PNetica Cleanup

Various cleanup related to building out the PNetica documentation.

More Complete API

In thiis version of Peanut, I've added a much more complete version of the API, so that fewer functions need to be called from RNetica or PNetica directly.

In particular, a program using the PNetica implementation must call RNetica::NeticaSession() to create the session and PNetica::BNWarehouse() to create a warehouse. All other operations can be done using Peanut generic functions.
