The NIH Chest X-ray Dataset is a large, publicly available collection of chest X-ray images designed to advance research in medical imaging and thoracic disease detection. This dataset includes 112,120 frontal-view chest X-ray images from 30,805 unique patients, annotated with labels for 14 common thoracic diseases. These include conditions such as Atelectasis, Cardiomegaly, Pneumonia, and Pneumothorax, among others.
