Is the raw MR data available?

The data shared is a set of signals extracted on brain parcellations. However, it might be interesting to work from raw MR images. Are these available?

Unfortunately, we cannot share the raw imaging data. This is mostly for privacy and ethical reasons.

However, you can reconstruct an approximation of the full image, as described in #7.

Can you please tell me the source to download at least one brain MRI image just for understanding how parcellation can be done on the raw image.

You can refer to the ABIDE dataset.

The script provided is the one used to extract data in fMRI. So you will get the same parcellations.
