Describe the bug
The 'Pod Security Policy Templates' tab is not displayed under Advanced options when running Rancher locally.

To Reproduce

• run Rancher instance locally
• login to Rancher as an admin
• go to the Cluster Management page (https://localhost:8005/c/_/manager/provisioning.cattle.io.cluster)
• expand 'Advanced' tab in the side nav
• notice 'Pod Security Policy Templates' tab is missing
• go to remote setup (http://yonasb.qa.rancher.space/c/local/manager/provisioning.cattle.io.cluster)
• notice 'Pod Security Policy Templates' tab is available

Result
The 'Pod Security Policy Templates' tab is missing on localhost.

Expected Result
The 'Pod Security Policy Templates' tab is available on localhost.

@yonasberhe23 What k8s version do you have? I think they are only shown when the cluster supports them - they were removed in 1.25

@nwmac I'm using v1.27.6. What doesn't make sense is that the option is there when using proxy setup but isn't available when using remote. It should be one or the other right?

I can not reproduce this - moving to test - can you verify if you still set this.
