I opened https://github.com/ranguba/ranguba.org/, readme.svg is shown in this page like below:

Is this correct ? It might be a good idea to add README.md ?
(I think a little to README.md should contain how to update documents because I want to know it)

Yes. But

is better.

If we put README.md, we should exclude the file in _config.yml like https://github.com/pgroonga/pgroonga.github.io/blob/master/_config.yml#L14-L18

I see, but sorry, I forget how to update documents 😢 Could you tell me release.textile (in Packnga repository) is used now ? If so, I will refer to it for creating README.md .

Yes! We still use the steps.
