Turbografx CD started working again, and it is awesome!
Now, since i have been ripping my games into the most compact formats that can be used (like CUE+OGG and CHD, hoping there's support for the latter in the future), i noticed that maybe you could include a toggle to hide the unsupported files, or maybe add them to an ignore section in the wiimednafen.conf file? Like hide extensions = ogg, iso, bin, in case someone uses one or the other.

That is an excellent idea! I always click on the bin files by mistake.
I was also thinking maybe a name scrolling from right to left if the name is too wide for the display would also help.
Adding CHD is also on my list, but am still trying to get a new version of Wii7800 out followed by an update of WiiMednafen (just as it sits today). For both of them, they just need testing, otherwise they are ready for release.
The name scrolling would be cool too, it is sometimes needed when filenames exceed the screen.
I re-tested every single system supported by the emulator, including SuperGrafx, CD-ROM², Super CD-ROM², and Arcade CD-ROM². I don't have any TurboDuo-only games, nor did i find a list, so those were the only ones i did not test.
