Possible Compiler "View" Error

Hi @jeapostrophe - this is a possible compiler error (misinterpreting views) similar to one you helped fix few months ago on Discord.

If you comment out line 70 (a view) on the rsh code, everything compiles fine with no warning.
But if not commented out, I get the following warning/errors (even for APIs that should not be affected).. they do not look correct. Please let me know if nothing is wrong on the part of the compiler:

This makes sense. Line 70 is a data structure of size 3200 (because it is 100 addresses, which are each 32 bytes). If you don't use the view, then Reach can optimize away the whole wlArr value and remove all that space
