Can the draggable scroll the drop area when dragged from outside into the drop area?

I'm creating a list of draggable items which can be dropped into a target container. When the target container overflows, scrollbars appear (overflow: auto).

However the target container does not scroll if I hold the draggable near the target container's edges.

Is there a way to allow/force the target container to scroll like this?
