Move cluster role and roles to CSV for OLM management
Update the makefile to use the
--extra-service-accounts
flag, which moves the cluster role and roles to the CSV. This change ensures that OLM handles the creation of these resources from the CSV. Previously, the bindings were included as plain manifests in the bundle, which prevented the operator from being installed in any namespace due to hardcoded namespace values in the bindings.Is there anything that requires special attention
