that ifconfig does not exist. This is not reproducable via pwsh cli as it works as expected. The error only occurs when running it via the pwsh function with the runner framework.

reverted bash -c option in favor of switching to using full binary paths to prevent "command not found" error from occurring when pulling IP information from MacOS.
