The py3.7 build unfortunately has some DeprecationWarnings from dependencies that we can't fix as the dependencies have yet to update themselves.

Also replace prettytable with PTable as prettytable is no longer supported.

Opened an issue (#40) to track dependencies with deprecation warnings. We'll update them as it becomes possible to.
