You can find commands in-game at any time with /f help

/f admin,setadmin,leader,setleader <player name> Hand over your admin rights
/f autoclaim [faction=your] Auto-claim land as you walk around
/f noboom,explosions,toggleexplosions [on/off=flip] Toggle explosions (peaceful factions only)
/f bypass [on/off=flip] Enable admin bypass mode
/f c,chat [mode=next] Change chat mode
/f tac,togglealliancechat,ac Toggles whether or not you will see alliance chat
/f chatspy [on/off=flip] Enable admin chat spy mode
/f claim [radius=1] [faction=your] Claim land from where you are standing
/f config <setting> <value> Change a conf.json setting
/f create <faction tag> Create a new faction

/f deinvite,deinv [player name=name] Remove a pending invitation
/f desc,description <desc> Change the faction description
/f disband [faction tag=yours] Disband a faction
