Issue trying to autocraft advanced filters in Laser IO

Describe the bug

Trying to auto craft Laser IO advanced filters (counting, nbt, mod, ect) in Refined Storage. Example. Patterns for counting filter and all underlying components are installed in Refined. Try to auto craft a counting filter and it will not work because it will not see the basic filter recipe. Tried exact mode in patterns with same result. Not sure if this is a bug in Refined or on the Laser IO side so I submitted it over there as well.

How can we reproduce this bug or crash?

Set up an advanced filter (counting, nbt, mod, ect) in Refined storage auto crafter including all underlying recipes.

Try to auto craft the advanced filter and it will not be able to complete.

What Minecraft version is this happening on?

Minecraft 1.20.1

What Forge version is this happening on?

47.1.3

What Refined Storage version is this happening on?

1.12.3

Also having a similar issue with modules from Modular Routers. The similarities between the two are they both use nested crafting with NBT items.

I have the excact same issue as this post: #3492.

I have set up all the patterns and even unchecked 'excact', but it still tells me the system is missing some of the previous items.

This is on ATM9 0.2.37 and Refined Storage version 1.12.4
