Better Handling of Dual Class Arena

This would be a pretty huge change, so maybe it could be ready for next year's dual class event, but the tier list used by the plugin doesn't accurately reflect the tier list on The Lightforge. The scores of cards can change based on which hero power you have. For example, Hammer of Wrath is 120 as a Druid-Paladin, but it is 123 as a Paladin-Druid. It is even worse with neutral cards.

I think the best solution would be to have a two level nested list, where the first level is the chosen class, and the second level is the chosen hero power. Perhaps it should also record your chosen hero power as well. There could be a dual class flag in the tier list file that is active during dual class events that tells the plugin which behavior to use.
