Not showing up in HDT

Tried installing (fresh) and copied to the HDT plugin directory. According to the Github site:

Unzip the archive to %AppData%/HearthstoneDeckTracker/Plugins To find this directory, you can click the following button in the Hearthstone Deck Tracker options menu: Options -> Tracker -> Plugins -> Plugins Folder
If you've done it correctly, the ArenaHelper directory should be inside the Plugins directory. Inside the ArenaHelper directory, there should be a bunch of files, including a file called ArenaHelper.dll.

Mine only has AppData/Roaming/Hearthstonedecktracker/plugins (copied the Arena-Helper-Master folder here) - There is also no ArenaHelper.dll, just two files with .csproj and .sln Hidden Files are visible and so are file extensions.

Did not have the driver for step 6, so installed that package.

The plugin does not appear in HDT.
