[back-end] get the comments and stars, w/ your respective author (client user) and date of the review of the database (professional ratings and clients table)

if the professional has not any review, show some message informing this case. e.g. "Esse profissional não possui nenhuma avaliação até o moment"

[front-end] show the reviews and prepare the data to adapt to mobile/tablet/desktop into a professional public profile.
