Chirp Bot

A dicord bot that tracks voice channels and notifies a text channel when someone joins.

Purpose: Let others in the server know when a person joins a voice channel so that a party may begin.

Commands

~help: view the help list

~track [voice-channel]: track a voice channel and have Chirp notify this text channel when the first person joins

~untrack [voice-channel]: untrack a voice channel
