WiFi Will Not Connect To New Router: Deco W7200

Hello - I’ve been vexed with a new problem after my old wireless router fried in a power outage. We upgraded our router to a Deco W7200 & neither of my Raspberry Pi units will connect to it. I have both a Raspberry Pi Zero-W & a 3B+ & both still connect to other networks such as my phone’s hotspot so I’m certain the problem source is the new router’s WiFi (all other devices in our home connected to the new router WiFi without doing anything special).
When I’m connected to the router via ethernet, in the “Networks” menu & search for WiFi, my new router SSID pops up. I’ll click on it, then enter the (correct!) password….then the “Connect Wi-Fi, Change …” banner appears, but the device will never connect.
Has anyone else experienced this & come up with a fix?
