v1.2 with cloud execution

A docker image has been generated from this release. It can be executed in the cloud by clicking the 'launch binder' button in the README. This launches the project in Rstudio running on a free cloud instance. All the user interaction is via a web browser, so that the user can experiment with the code without needing to install any software locally.
