Are there any sample workflows on how to switch between processes?

Let's say I have two different flows in the same workflows but want to be able to say if this toggle is active, then go this route, and if it is not active then go this route. I think that is what the sample image is showing - if "Upscale Out" is, then it does the upscaling process. If not, it goes off to the car on the left hand side (?) - but for the life of me I can't figure out how this works.

In my own workflow, I'd like say if this toggle is off, then send the model to this mode, and if the toggle is on, send the model to this other node. How would connect things to that?

In this made up sample where I was trying to figure it out the goal would be to be that if I mute "Upscale" it would then choose "Other Process", but it won't let me drag the Ctx_01 and Ctx_02 to connect to these reroutes.
