- 32 oz Chicken stock
- 64 oz Water
- 1 sm Onion chopped and sauted
- 3 oz Green Chile
- 1 lb mixed veggies
- 1/2 c spinach
- 1/2 c mushrooms
- 1 green apple chopped2 tbs garlic
- red Miso10 oz soy bean cake
- "lots" of garlic
- fish sauce
- cultured sour kraut
- reserve miso and kraut
- saute onions, green chili and garlic
- add to remaining ingredients
- cook until vegetables are tender
- cool to eating temperature
- add kraut and miso
