Merge master to rhel-8 #21

We should merge the master branch to the rhel-8 branch because of the Anaconda rebase.

Probably the rhel-8 branch is no longer of interest to most people, but I found that I needed the following commits to get Anaconda to consume the addon correctly without exceptions:

which were merged to master in #15 and #16.

Merging today's master to rhel-8 is probably not an option, as things have moved on too far. As of commit d1fdfbd it fails with cannot import name 'PASSWORD_POLICY_ROOT'.
