Opening of docker-drawio-desktop-headless

Hello,

This repository goal is to propose Draw.io Desktop from jgraph as an headless docker image and be able to served as base image to others in order to develop higher-level tooling around drawio.

Its based on a cleanup/rewrite of https://github.com/rlespinasse/drawio-cli.
