  1. Fix for get TargetDec and get TargetRa reporting an error when not initially not set at startup which caused a PRISM error.
  2. Fix for Moveaxis and moving dec which caused tracking to stop. Seen in SharpCap hand control dec movements.
  3. With this release the Alignment feature is still in beta.
