First pre-release v0.0.1

Fixes:

• cd-hit, sumaclust and vclust now correctly use the assigned CPUs
• Using NCBI meta information
  • database had a bug that caused unclassified viruses to be grouped to random other taxonomic groups
  • fixed a bug that caused false annotation of the number of clusters per species / genus
• unclustered sequences are now NOT treated as a "normal" cluster for statistics
