  1. Introduction Welcome to our Discord Voice Message Transcription Bot ("the Bot"). The Bot is designed to transcribe voice messages into text for the convenience of users on the Discord platform. By using the Bot, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Terms of Service agreement ("the Agreement").

  2. User Conduct By using the Bot, you agree not to:

  • Use the Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Modify, adapt or hack the Bot, or otherwise attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Bot or its related systems or networks.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Bot or its servers or networks.
  • Use the Bot to harass, abuse, or harm other users, or to post or transmit any content that is obscene, offensive, or inappropriate.
  • Use the Bot to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Sell, trade or otherwise transfer your access to the Bot to any other party.
  • Use the Bot in any way that violates the Discord Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties The Bot is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Bot will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the Bot, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  2. Limitation of Liability In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Bot, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.

  3. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Bot, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.

  4. Modification of Terms We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Bot after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

  5. Termination We may terminate your access to the Bot at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

  6. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.

  7. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Bot and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.
