Add more of functionality to the pse library.

Anymore functionality that could be added to to library would be greatly appreciated!

Some examples could be:

Add more exceptions to the library, like thow pse::ErrorCode{"Error, Invalid Input"};
Add some more classes that would just improve the overall functionality of the library.
Fix errors that you may come across when scrolling through the code base.
Remove unnecessary comments from the code base.
Just generally improve it by giving better names, better formatting, etc.
