Currently I am coding at Red Hat for the Ansible Automation Platform.
I am the creator and maintainer of Dynaconf the Python settings library and Marmite The easiest Static Blog Generator written in Rust, an book Author, Member of the Python Software Foundation, Educator at LINUXtips and as a free time hobby I like to experiment with Rust Language.
At the moment my main interests are: Federated Social Networks, ActivityPub, Software Architecture, Teaching Techniques, Rust Language, Self Hosting and digital sovereignty, Gravel or Classic Road Bikes, Progressive Metal and the magical malted water of Scotland.
Ever since I joined GitHub 14 years ago, I pushed 5527 commits, opened 1016 issues, submitted 1075 pull requests, reviewed 1394 PRs, received 9680 stars across 69 personal projects, and contributed to 38 public repositories.
