is the latest version thread safe ? I am getting this warning in 0.6.1

Hello there,

Even if you are having a multi-module setup and running the plugin paralelly over modules it should not cause any problem.
If one module is running the two goals at the "same time", by default I think they should be writing to a different output file, even if they are reading the same input.
Overall I would say it should not cause any problem, but I will try to take a look on it how to "disable" or fix the issues if there is any.
