v 1.5.7 - lower button panel completely missing - cant turn it on/off etc

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start droid wall 
2. find it status deaktivated long list of apps no checkbox checked
3. no menu or buttons visible to enable firewall or do anything else


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

i see only the list of apps and their two checkboxes 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.5.7
