Add DRS links for Proteomic Data Commons (PDC) files to CAVATICA

Importing PDC files into CAVATICA

1. Navigate to the study or files you would like to import from the PDC

2. Click on Files --> Select all files

3. Export file manifest (CSV)

4. Create CAVATICA project destination for PDC files.
5. Click on project and + to Add files --> Import from Manifest.
6. Select "Import files from Proteomic Data Commons (PDC)" using the manifest above.
