Adds support for virtual variables, which was added to Roku's BrightScript debug protocol in version 3.3 (Roku OS 14.1.4).
This is similar to #192 except these are provided directly by the device and are significantly more efficient. All virtual variables are prefixed with
$, as per the official Roku implementation.
