0.53: Merge pull request #5 from rolkar/feature/doc

This release contains our first official color conversion of X3F RAW data.

It is still "only" a command line tool and needs integration if you want to use it in your workflow.

There are binaries for Linux, OS X and Windows.

The output may be a DNG file, and then the DNG reader will do the conversion.
The output may be a TIFF file, and then the conversion is already made, but out of gamut is handled badly.
