To submit your widget to the list

1. Upload the widget to Github (under your own repo or submit a PR to https://github.com/Esri/arcgis-webappbuilder-widgets-themes).
2. Fork and update the file "src/app/widget-locations.js" in this repository, linking to the repository and manifest.json file you created in #1. Follow the same pattern of the file. (convert urls using https://rawgit.com)
3. Submit a PR with your changes to the file widget-locations.js.
