[IDEA]Add labgroup members to collabGroup automatically

Feature Request

We have multiple PI groups working together in a division. Within the division, we would like to share some materials/templates in RSpace. Currently, I have to add every new member in the PI groups manually to a collaboration group (extra difficult because of #119 :P)

Summary

Create a collaboration group that automatically include all members of all participating PI groups.

Motivation

Saves the collab lab admins a lot of time, and naturally reflects the hierarchical structure in our institute (PI group < Division < Institute < Faculty)
