RFC:checklist in the Text Editor

Description:
While there is a checklist option available in RSpace forms, it is static and not flexible enough for making quick changes to checklist points. A dynamic checklist feature within text fields would allow to easily add, modify, and remove checklist items, along with the ability to check/uncheck them as needed for better task management.

The current static checklist in forms is too rigid for workflows that require frequent updates.

Requirements:

• Ability to create dynamic, interactive checklists in text fields.
• Users should be able to easily add, modify, delete, or reorder checklist points.
• Items should be checkable/uncheckable as tasks are completed.
• Integration with the current RSpace interface for ease of use.

Impact:

This feature would make task tracking more flexible and efficient, especially in environments where tasks and priorities are constantly changing.
