Ruby Retreat:
- Update
  - Sold about 1/3rd
  - Pete + Phil on the sponsor hunt
  - <3 Trineo
  - Looking for ~$6k from sponsors ideally
Tickets for committee members?
- Motion to introduce policy that Ruby NZ covers tickets for Ruby Retreat for any committee members who would like to claim it. (Withdrawn)
- Not convinced if there is no relevant committee business
- Maybe a discretionary budget is better - assistance for events, gifts for organisers, etc
- 4 (+1 maybe) members planning on going
- Proposal: Policy that Ruby New Zealand committee members may request a ticket to be paid for by Ruby New Zealand for any event run by Ruby New Zealand
  - Unanimous yes
