Bug/get materialisations validation error

Description of the change

This PR isn't actually fixing any error, but adds more logs so the errors related to the get_material_names are easier to debug. They currently are sporadic so are tough to reproduce and lack of logs is making it further difficult.

While doing this, one optimisation is made so we stop checking for past materialisations' validity when we find that a seq_no is unusable
