Simple python application to check for available GNIB appointment slots.
If the application finds available slots within the defined time period, it sends notification to a telegram chat/group.
You need to create a telegram bot. More information: https://core.telegram.org/bots#creating-a-new-bot
Telegram destination aka chat_id, is an id of the chat/group you want the bot to send notifications to.
