See rust-bitcoin/rust-bitcoin-maintainer-tools#16

Currently we are pushing to master and checking the workflows succeed, which they don't. After PR above merges we will need to update the ref in rust.yaml and force push. Closing this issue will also enable testing of the fix in 16.

Oh, I ended up using the rev with the fix in there already in 459ccbe
